Relay

The race takes place in the beautiful surroundings of the Klánovický Forest, a large part of which is a nature reserve. We ask you to respect the following rules.​Everyone participates at their own risk and by registering they agree to respect the race rules mentioned below.10Km, 11+10Km relay and 1/2 Marathon race is intended for those over 15 years of age, competitors under 18 years of age can only start with the written consent of a legal guardianIt is forbidden to move outside the marked paths and to destroy nature or disturb wildlife in any way.Use the areas around the refreshment areas to dispose of your waste or bring it to the finish line.The organizer is not responsible and does not compensate for any damage to health or property incurred in any way in connection with the race.The competitor must complete the route without outside assistance; running with a dog, stroller, etc. is prohibited.The starting number is not transferable to another person and must be placed visibly on the competitor's chest.The entry fee is not refundable in case of non-participation, it can only be refunded upon agreement with the organizers.Re-registration of competitors is possible only according to the instructions of the organizers.All photos and videos taken during the race may be used by the organizer for their own promotion without any royalty.The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the race specifications.The race takes place in all weather conditionsYour email address will be used to send informative messages about race news and other events organized by the organizer.If these rules are not followed, the organizer has the right to disqualify the competitor.Consent to the processing of personal data: The competitor agrees that the data provided in this application will be processed by the registered association Tři pro zdraví, zs (hereinafter referred to as the "organizer") for the purpose of properly organizing the race called Klánovický 1/2Maraton. Personal data, which are name, surname, date of birth, email address, telephone number, relevant sports club, will be archived until further notice in writing at the address of the organizer's registered office or by email: klanovickypulmaraton@seznam.cz , and will then be deleted. If necessary, the data will be passed on to a third party to whom the organizer is obliged to provide them (e.g. health insurance company, emergency service, etc.). The competitor agrees that relevant information necessary for his participation in the race will be sent to the email address provided by him. Furthermore, the competitor agrees that his/her name, surname, year, name of the sports club under whose banner the competition is held will be published in the start and result list. The result list will be stored and published on the organizer's website as publicly searchable information documenting the history of the given competition. The competitor agrees to the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending information about sports competitions and other similar events. In accordance with Section 85 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, and in accordance with other legal regulations, the competitor also agrees to the use of his written expressions, images, his likeness, and image and audio recordings relating to his person or his expressions of a personal nature taken in connection with the organization of the competition and the awarding of the prize for commercial purposes on all communication media of the given competition, regardless of their nature and purpose, in all usual ways, with their subsequent modification and with their possible combination with other works or inclusion in a collective work. I grant this consent free of charge, without material, temporal, quantitative or territorial restrictions, and I may revoke it at any time in writing to the organizer's registered office or email address: klanovickypulmaraton@seznam.cz The competitor confirms that he has been informed that the provision of personal data is voluntary, however, refusal to provide data or withdrawal of consent to its processing or transfer to third parties (as stated above) may result in the limitation or exclusion of some services provided to the competitor by the organizer or his participation in the race itself.We compete in the spirit of fair play and without doping.

The handover takes place at approximately the 11th kilometer, near the finish area. Both team members must run together across the timing mat in the handover area. The second runner may only start on the course after the handover is complete.
